Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Orsini was truly exceptional and exceeded all my high expectations. the owners, a delightful family, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Mrs Orsini's personal recommendation of a local taxi service made our transportation seamless and convenient, adding a touch of genuine hospitality. the attention to detail in the room was superb, with the cozy heating and elegant garden furniture creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. the complimentary high-quality toiletries further showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, Orsini's blend of historic charm and modern amenities, combined with the warm hospitality of the owners, made it a truly unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this exquisite boutique hotel to anyone seeking a perfect retreat in the heart of Florence.
